I’ve prepared PDF samples of each chapter to give you an idea of how the book is written, what my overall approach is, and to give you a chance to sample some of the content. You’ll need one of the several free PDF readers available for download to view these files; Adobe’s reader is a fine place to start.

In each case I’ve included just the first few pages of each chapter to give you a quick idea of what’s covered—if you’re worried that the content seems way too short, don’t be. Remember, these aren’t the full chapters, just the first couple pages!
