Read the book
After several years of selling the PDF and print versions of this book I’ve officially decided to move on from this project. I had considered simply shutting the site down, but several readers let me know that they had really gotten something out of the book, and asked me to think about how I could continue to make the content available.
So while I’m not selling the print version any longer, you can download the PDF, or read the text online from this page. I haven’t invested a lot of effort in making the content web accessible (no hyperlinks in the book, for example) but it IS free.
