That’s it for me. For now.

I’ve been posting here at onlytraitofaleader.com for over a year now, and I’ve very much enjoyed the process and the relationships I’ve built with you guys in that time.

My main goal - to get the primary content of the book posted on the web for free - has been accomplished. And along the way I’ve added a lot of other stuff, too.

During this time I’ve maintained a twice weekly posting schedule, but my real job and the demands of other projects I have going (principally the Leading from the Trenches blog at InfoWorld, my HPC news site, insideHPC.com, and my enterprise HPC news blog at InfoWorld) are demanding too much of my time to enable me to do all of them well.

So, I’m going to make a “leadership” decision to mothball this site, at least for now. This has been a tough decision: I love this topic and I hate to leave it.

For the near term I’ll continue to post on leadership topics at Leading From the Trenches, and you’ll be able to continue to access the content at onlytraitofaleader.com for the foreseeable future. But I won’t be regularly updating this site any longer.

If you’re interested in buying a copy of the book, I’d recommend you go ahead and do so. I’m also to the end of the print run, and once that’s gone, I don’t imagine I’ll do another print edition of the book. The PDF version will remain for sale, however.

Thanks for hanging out with me here over the past 15 months, and I hope you’ll visit me over at InfoWorld or at insideHPC.com.
