How are things going to work?

While I expect that this will change a lot as time goes on, I do have a rough idea for the way I see things going with this site over the next several months.

I’ll be concentrating on touching on many of the topics from the book, so if you want more detail or want to follow along, the book will show the way.

But I’m not simply going to move linearly through the book cutting and pasting into the blog. I’m going to jump around to keep the flow of conversation a little livelier. In fact the next post will move from the philosophy focus of the inaugural posts and into the skills you’ll need to master as you develop your own leadership ability.

I’m also going to be amplifying and supplementing what I cover in the book with things that I’ve learned since I wrote the text and experiences from my own work life that I hope will add to your experience. Something else I’m thinking about it including occasional interviews with technology leaders to get their perspectives on leadership and what they see as important as they pursue their vision for their company’s future.

If you have an opinion on what you’d like to see, leave a comment, or drop me a line.
